Change Management:

Teamwork & Team Building from the Training for Continuous Improvement Series

This 1 - 2 day Programme is intended for organisations that are implementing, or moving towards, Continuous Improvement / Total Quality Management.

AIM & OBJECTIVES

Effective teamwork is essential to the success of Continuous Improvement groups.  Yet many well-intentioned TQM Programmes fail or falter because team-members and team-leaders don't have the necessary interpersonal skills.  This programme will provide these skills.

You will learn through discussion, exercises, examples and case studies an understanding of the techniques and methods to recognise problems such as a lack of focus, pointless discussions, personality difficulties, unenthusiastic team members and a lack of problem-solving ability.  And then to resolve them effectively.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All staff who will lead or participate in Continuous Improvement Groups.
